2b. Single leg barbell RDL x6 el

3a. Sumo deadlifts 155x5
3b. GHR w/ 25 lbs x5
5 sets

Run to the track

8x front shot
8x back shot

Hurdle hops dynamic x8
Static x8
2 sets

2x60m sprints
2x80m sprints

10x45s abs

Jog to weight room
