SFS

Yesterday all I did was rehab. Rehab my stupid broken-ass shoulder which is much harder than it actually sounds. A bunch of weight stuff, lots of ice and stim and heat and stupidness.

We couldn't go to the hill today because the state put down a bunch of rocks over the sand. So we couldn't run it because of the 'falling down and dying' factor.
So we had to improvise.
