Hello first day of practice.

Recovery week is over. Freedom and life as it was known is over. Official practices have begun!

Today was pretty easy. Testing this week.

I have no idea what my times/distances were. All I know is that they were decent. I know this because Coach didn't yell at me. :)

I had to sit down with Gabe and come up with new lifts for this week thanks to the second degree burns on my right shoulder. THANK YOU LANDRY'S.

No squats, no cleans, no nothing that can touch my shoulders. Eff me.

Hurdles again!

Finally back to running some hurdles, yo. Felt realllllly good. :)

60m build up x2
3x50m sprints w/ 1 hurdle

5x100m sprints w/ 2 hurdles

I really didn't care where the hurdles were. I actually kept moving them so I would have to keep switching up steps and throwing different leads. It went really well. I did this all on the final curve.
