Hello first day of practice.

Recovery week is over. Freedom and life as it was known is over. Official practices have begun!

Today was pretty easy. Testing this week.
Comp warm up
4x30m sprints

Standing 30x2

Standing long jump x2

Front shot x2

2 lap cool down.

I have no idea what my times/distances were. All I know is that they were decent. I know this because Coach didn't yell at me. :)
