Stupid burn

I had to sit down with Gabe and come up with new lifts for this week thanks to the second degree burns on my right shoulder. THANK YOU LANDRY'S.

No squats, no cleans, no nothing that can touch my shoulders. Eff me.

Weight room:
Warm up

1a. High pulls 115x3
1b. Hurdles 6x2

2a. DB bench x5
2b. Pull ups x8 (This was not fun with this burn, but I can suck it up)

Sumo Deads:

GHR 10x5

Abs and stuff.

Off to see Joyce for a bit. I can't go in the sun or do too much else. I am bandaged up. I am an idiot.
