1a. Hang clean 105x3
1b. Hurdles
5 sets

Front Squat:
bar x5
95 x5
135x5x5

Glute ham raise 10x5

2a. Step ups 85x6 each leg
2b. SB leg curls x20
3 sets

To the beach and then to work.
Yay me.
