It's a wet day.

Actually it isn't raining at all. But I did my workout in the water.
Pool:
20 laps.
I did 2 laps non-stop, then a minute rest after.
5 minute kick-boarding

I lap cool down

35m elliptical

Then ICEEEE BATHHHH

Ice bath time. It's like T-shirt time, but colder. ;) And without a shirt.
