VT meet this weekend went ok. I didn't run what I wanted, but oh well. It was a decent opener I guess.
So today we had our Martin Luther King Jr. Walk of love followed by practice:
Hurdle mobility static
Med ball throws
7x200 m
And back home to share some love I guess. ;)
