Hospital.

Well I did get to work out today.
At the track:

Chant 3 warm up

Standing long jump x6
2 sets

6x60m sled drags w/ 80 pounds on the sled

3x30m sprint out of blocks
2x60m sprint out of blocks

The weight room:

Squat:
bar x5
135 x5
185 x5
205 x5
215 x5
225 x2
255 x2

This is where things get bad..
Coach wanted us to do heavy, low step-ups.
He wanted us to keep the weight at what we squatted. The box was low and it was supposed to be just a quick step up and down.
At 255 I got through 2.
On my 3rd one my bad foot gave out and I fell face forward with the bar. I hit my face on the box with 255 pounds on my back. I broke my jaw in 2 places and have to have it wired shut for 6 weeks. Sitting in the hospital now. Surgery in the am.

I just want to get back to track. Dr.'s are saying I can run again in 2 weeks, but the issue is about nutrition. I won't be able to eat solid food for 8 weeks.
