I still had no way to get to work out with Hamer, so I paid for a day at the gym down the street.
I had to dodge everyone's crappy New Year's Resolution to not be fat anymore while hiding from the eyes of the dirty wanna-be lifters who sit and watch their tattoos on their biceps get bigger with every pathetic curl...ugh..
Warm up:
5 minute jog on the treadmill (speed @ 7)
5x30 second sprint on the treadmill w/ 30s rest in between (speed @ 11.5)
Bench:
bar x5
85 x5
95 x5
105 x3x5
Squat:
bar x 5
135 x5
155 x5
165 x5
185 x5
205 x3x3
215 x3x3
(I was going to stop at 205, but I was surprised at how fast and easy it was so I went up)
1a. Lunges w/ 35's x10
1b. Push up rows w/ 35's x6
3 sets
2a. Hanging leg raises x15
2b. I think it's a tricep thing--with the dumbbells flat on the ground behind your head and push them up...I don't know what it's called.. w/ 20's x 10
3 sets

Looks like a solid workouts. Those tricept thingys are called "Rolling tricept extensions" or "rock and rolls" or "those tricept thingys".
