IM with Mellow!!

Brought Mellow to the track.
Warm up was finding a way to wear him out.
Full hurdle dynamic workout x2
4 laps around the track 100m at a time.
Alternating hurdles and flat 100's.
Kept these around 14s.
90s rest between each

Then off to watch some football!!
