Squat:
Bar x5
145 x5x5

1a. DB floor press x8
1b. Push up with row x6
1c. Hanging leg raises x6
3 sets

2a. Single leg squat w/ 30's x5
2b. Side squat w/ 30's x10
3 sets

Abs and lots of them.

Finished with a 10 minute run.
