Chant 2 warm up
Full dynamic hurdle mobility
10x60m sprints over baby hurdles
400IM workout:
Out of blocks
1x1st hurdle
2x2nd hurdle
3x3rd hurdle
1x250m over hurdles
2 lap cool down
Off to class!

Oh and I got my new high hurdle spikes. They are sick! This marks the 6th pair of shoes I have gotten this year. And I'm a red shirt... Don't get to compete in them and I get a whole new set of shoes next year. Sweet tits.
