Spring Break!!!

Comp warm up
Hurdle warm up
5x20m sprints to hurdle 7 (turn)
5x80m sprint-float-sprint walk back rest

3 lap jog to cool down.

Abs as always. Coach wants us to look like Spartans.

I will probably lift a little in the garage later.
