The 5th and 6th

5th:
Easy and fast sprint day
Chant 3
2x60m build ups
5x80m sprint-float-sprint
Abs x a lot

2 lap cool down

6th:
Loooong run with Lindsey
30 minutes down by the Waterway. So so pretty.

Need to find a place to move down there. :)
